Toronto Notes 2025 is the latest. Updated drug guidelines, revised diagnostic criteria, current clinical recommendations. If your exam is soon and you want the most current version — this is the one. Toronto Notes 2023 and 2024 are still solid. The clinical fundamentals don't change that dramatically year to year. If budget matters — and for most students it does — either of these works fine. Using Toronto Notes for FCPS

A lot of FCPS candidates in Pakistan use it alongside their main preparation material. Part 1 is basic science heavy but clinical context still matters — Toronto Notes helps connect those dots. Part 2 needs broad subject coverage and clinical reasoning across multiple specialties. That's where this book genuinely earns its place in the study plan.
